When i try to lock down my support arm on my fat tire bike i might be able to get one click if i really push down really hard . Is that okey or can i get a longer support arm. Have a 9940 T2 classic bike rack.

Do you have the fat tire holder part # 7521568001 for the rear and part # 8523598001 for the front on your T2 Classic?
If not that will help get the tire low enough to secure it. Otherwise you may want to deflate the tires slightly.
