Question:
I ordered this and went to install. Found out it comes with the screw in connection for the radiator and I have some type of quick disconnect instead. What part do I need to order?

According to my research the 3.6L V6 engine in your 2010 Jeep Wrangler is 231 cubic inches. However, the engine size is not relevant when choosing the correct size transmission cooler for your vehicle. The best transmission cooler to use would be the largest one you have space available for in front of your radiator behind your grill.
As long as you have 11" wide x 8-3/4" tall x 7/8" deep of space in front of your radiator, I recommend using the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit w/Barb Inlets part # D13503. The kit comes with everything needed for installation. It will work well to cool the transmission fluid in your Jeep Wranglers transmission.
I have attached a review video of this cooler for you.
