When measuring your trailer spindle at various locations to determine the correct bearing replacements, I recommend using a digital caliper like # PTW80157. This is because the measurements will need to be as exact as possible and extended out to the third decimal point.
For example, there are a few inner bearings that are close to the 1.4 inch measurement you provided for "C" on the spindle. The bearing # LM48548 has an inner diameter of 1.375 inches, # L68149 has an inner diameter of 1.378 inches and # 29749 has an inner diameter of 1.5 inches.
You can also check to see if the bearing numbers are stamped into the bearings themselves on your existing set. Determining the axle capacity on your trailer will also help to narrow down the possibilities. I have attached a couple of articles on trailer bearings that you might also find helpful.
