For the P series of Ventline fans, such as Model PH 4, the correct replacement fan motor is # BVD0278-00. Should you have an older motor, you may also need a new fan blade which is compatible. You will want to measure your old motor from end to end, and if it is 2" it is an older motor and you'll need a new fan blade.
