Does the # BWTS10048B come with a keyed locking pin? If not, what would you recommend? Thank you.

The B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10048B does not come with a keyed locking pin to secure the shank to the receiver. For that I recommend the Master Lock Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Trailer Hitches # 1480DAT.
If you want a locking pin for the ball mount, you would need the longer of the two pins that comes with the Rapid Hitch Trailer Hitch Lock and Adjustment Pin Lock Set # AM3492. I have added links to video reviews of each product for you.
