We do have truck bed bike racks that may work for you but the Inno Velo Gripper # INRT202 is not designed for the 2017 Honda Ridgeline.

For a no-drill option you could take a took at the Softride Shuttle Pad Tailgate Pad for Mid-Size Trucks - Up to 6 Bikes - 54" Wide Item # SR26461. This heavy-duty, padded vinyl cover provides an easy, inexpensive way to carry up to 6 bikes over the tailgate of your pickup truck. Included wraps let you tether bikes together on a daisy chain, and a built-in flap allows access to tailgate handle.
