Replacement Snap Ring Jack for Boat Trailer
Published 09/25/2018 >
Question:
Hi, I would like to replace my worn out swivel jack on the my bass boat trailer. Mine is welded on and the jack portion is held in place by a c-clip. Im hoping you have some thing that I could just remove the portion held in place by the c-clip and utilize the existing welded on portion. The jack has a 2-1/2inch dia hole and slides over a post and is held in place by a c-clip. It has spring loaded pin that allows it to swivel. The pin is 3/8inch dia and the locating holes are 3inch apart. Im not opposed to by a whole new hitch and just using the portion I need. Im not sure if my sketch uploaded or not. If so, that shows the layout of the post and the holes. I did not get the distance from the center of the hole to the center of the smaller holes for the pin though. Thanks!

Thanks for the measurements. Based off these it sounds like you need the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack part # FTJ120W0301. This jack has a 3/8" diameter pull pin, the bolt holes are 3" apart, and the center hole is 2-1/2". This seems to match exactly what you have on your trailer now. It comes with a mounting bracket but you don't need to use this if the one you have now works but we don't offer this jack without the bracket and you can always have it for a backup. The jack has a 1,200 lb lift capacity and zinc plating for corrosion resistance.
I have attached a review video for you as well.
