Adjustable RV Hitch Installation To Frame Piece Holding 4 Inch Bumper

Question:
Adjustable RV hitch I have a 2003 Dutchman classic it has I-beam but it has a 4 inch bar coming from hiding for the bumper should I install this to the 4 inch they are about 16 inches long welded to the I-beam to support the bumper

The Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 can be mounted to that 4 inch bar your mentioned. That is considered a part of the frame and is a safe location for this trailer hitch receiver.
