We have a trailer wheel that matches the specs you listed. The part # AM20428 in white or # AM20427 in silver is a 15 inch diameter wheel that is 5 inches wide and has a bolt pattern of 5 on 5 inch.
We unfortunately do not have the Jaguar aluminum wheels in the bolt pattern and size you referenced.
