Question:

I have a 2011 2 wheel drive stick shift ford ranger. I will be towing behind my RV. I want to power the tail lights from RV connection. At present I get all four tail lights glowing and when I turn on turn signal all 4 flash. Is there an adapter to correct this issue? Thx,

I am not sure what you are using for tow bar wiring on your 2011 Ford Ranger, but we have kits that are designed for exactly what you are looking for.

For lighting you can use the diode kit, # RM-15267, and not have to worry about cutting into the taillight housing. This will splice into your taillight wiring to allow your tow vehicle to control the taillight assemblies of the towed vehicle. This comes with a round 6-way connector that you will install on the front of your towed vehicle and enough coiled wire to go from there to the RV.
