Best Trailer Tire to Replace Size 225/75R15

Updated 07/28/2017 | Published 07/27/2017

Question:

I have a 2 year old 25foot Rockwood 5th wheel trailer with C load tires. I doubt if these tires are up to the weight of my rig fully loaded and Im looking to replace them before my next long trip. Ive read a lot of poor ratings and confusing ST tire reviews and do not feel informed enough to make the best decision. Can you make a recommendation on the best tires for my application? I need greater piece of mind with the performance and longevity of my next tire selection. Many thanks,

In the size of 225/75R15 I would go with the part # LHWL304. This has a higher speed rating of 75 mph and has a 2 year roadside assistance program included. Also has a weight capacity of 2,830 lbs at 80 psi.

If your RV or trailer has a flat tire, call the help line and a technician will come change the flat for you. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year from anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
