Lock Recommendation to Lock a Spare Tire to Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier

How could I lock the spare tire/wheel onto this tire carrier? I know that regular bolts are used to attach, but are there bolt locks designed for such a purpose?

Wheel Lock Set for 1/2" Wheel Bolts (2 Locks, 1 Key) Item # RG01-150 could be used with a 1/2 inch bolt to hold the spare to the Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier Item # C31006. Or, even better, use Spare Tire Lock Item # e98892 which comes with a lock and key and the bolt.
