re: AKEBRK-2 My trailer is 1000#. Ive put 15inch wheels on it. Will these brakes work for me?

The brake assemblies # AKEBRK-2 that you referenced are only designed to work with wheel sizes of 10, 12, and 13 inch. You'd need to go with a smaller wheel.
