Question:

The style of parking brake I currently have looks to be level style and what I see on these looks to be a cam action. The mounting bracket for the brake cable is different are the interchangeable?

The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit w/ Parking Brakes - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 6K # 23-112-113 does use a cam action lever like what you stated, but they will be compatible with your current cable system. You will simply remove the cable and attach it to the back of these assemblies at the mounting location. This will absolutely work with the cabling you have pictured.
