Troubleshooting No Readout On Lippert Ground Control System

Question:
I currently have my coach spotted on my seasonal sight. When ped, the unit functioned normally. I went to re-level after some minor sinking and when I turned on the unit there was no information on the LED screen. The screen did light up but no information at all. What do I do? The Lippert Ground Control system in on my 2015 Columbus Palamino 5th wheel.

Your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w/ Touchpad and Remote - 20,000 lbs # LC358590 on your 2015 Columbus Palamino may need to simply be reset.
I reached out to my contact at Lippert and you will need to remove the panel and physically unplug it from the back. Leave it unplugged for at least 1-2 minutes so that it loses all of the residual power and is completely shut off. After that plug it back in. This will completely restart the system so it can reboot. If this doesn't solve your problem and you still have a blank display then the control panel is defective and will need to be replaced. This is part # LC234802.
