Trailer Brake Assembly Recommendation for Lippert 5,200 lb Axle

Question:

I have Lippert 5200 lbs axles part #123324 and I need new brakes. I did have them apart and measured them at 12inch drum with 5 hoke backing plates but didnt think to measure the width of the pad. Ive looked online and cannot find a definite answer. Are they 12inch x 2inch brakes.

Yes, what you have/need are 12 inch by 2 inch 5,200 lb brake assemblies.

The part # AKEBRK-7-SA will give you a set of left and right assemblies for your trailer axle that are self-adjusting and will work well for you.
