Is it Possible To Mount a Winch Tray to a Hitch While Trailer is Hitched Up As Well

Question:

I wanted to know if there is a device/adapter to fit my situation. I have a 3,000lb 12v winch that I want to attach to my 2inch receiver on my Honda Pilot. BUT - I want to also have the 2inch Ball after the winch so that I can attach my trailer as well. That will let me winch items onto my 8foot utility trailer as well as my boat trailer. Any ideas? I have a 2005 Honda Pilot, with a Draw-Tite 75599 Max-Frame Class III Receiver Hitch.

For what you are looking to do you would be best served by mounting the winch to the trailer so that you can pull items up onto the winch like that. You could maybe use the # D210 which has a hitch opening above the ball mount platform to allow you to mount a winch plate like the # C31010 or # BDW20061R2 but having the winch on the trailer will be your best option.
