Are Hitches Compatible Between 2003 Dodge Van and Dodge Ram 1500?

Question:
I was wondering if this hitch is the same on my dodge ram van which is 2003 as dodge ram truck 1500 and what years are compatible?

Trailer hitches are custom fit for specific vehicle years, makes and models, and there are no hitches that are going to be compatible between a 2003 Dodge van and 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. The hitch that you referenced, Curt # C15809, is a fit for a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 with or without a factory hitch, but will not work with any Dodge van.
