Question:
Would any of your continuous hinges be strong enough for a ramp door? I am making a door for my enclosed trailer out of square steel tubing and pressure treated plywood. I only use the trailer for my bike. So it would be under about an 800 lbs load.

Polar doesn't have any weight ratings on their hinges, but if you alternated the use of a continuous hinge, like part # H300, and a Ramp Door Hinge, like part # PLR1902, it should work well under the 800 lb load you mentioned. I confirmed this with my contact at Polar .
Attached is a list of our available door hinges for you to reference as well.
