Wall Mounted Bike Rack Carrier Recommendation for Storing Bike Rack

Question:
Do you have something like a female version of a pintle hook? I have a 4 bike rack that fits a 2inch receiver. It is difficult to store in a safe way so I was hoping to engineer a hitch receiver that I could mount to a reinforced stud wall in my garage. I was also hoping I could use the rack to mount and store the bikes over winter. The mount is about 100 pounds, probably 240 max loaded with bikes.
