Question:

I have a 2013 Cad, SRX. I am going to use EZ4 Base plates RM523162-4 and want to use the Nighthawk toe bar RM-676. Will I need a cross bar? If so will I be able to remove the bar with little trouble when not in use.

Yes, for the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plates, # RM-523162-4, the Quick-Disconnect Crossbar, # 910021-00, will have to be used with the Roadmaster Nighthawk All-Terrain Tow Bar, # RM-676.

The Quick-Disconnect is easy to install and remove from you vehicle once you have completed your need for flat towing. The attached video will explain how to install and remove the Quick-Disconnect bar from the EZ4 style base plates.

The # 910021-00 Quick-Disconnect bar is sold separately from the Roadmaster Nighthawk Tow Bar.
