Will these brackets bolt up to a 2007 chevy Silverado 1500

Fifth wheel brackets # RP50081 are actually for certain Ford trucks and will not fit your 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 with 5-1/2 foot bed. The comparable brackets that do fit your truck (new body style) are # RP50064.

If you do not already have the rails then I recommend # RP50064-58 which is the complete kit. If you do already have some 10 bolt rails then you would also need bolt kit # RP58504 because the hardware is not meant to be reused.

With the 5-1/2 foot bed you would either have to replace the pin box on the trailer with a Sidewinder or use Demco 13K hitch # DM8550040 which is what I recommend. This hitch slides automatically and has a maximum travel distance of 22-1/2 inches which will allow more clearance when making tight turns.
