What are the mounting hole dimensions on the RM-2000-7 spare tire carrier? I am thinking about mounting it on the C45791 Hitch extension to allow space for my bike rack. Thanks

The mounting plate of the Spare Tire Carrier for Roadmaster Tow Dollies # RM-2000-7 that you referenced measure 3 inches apart left to right and 3-1/2 inches apart front to back. It's designed to fit 3 inch frame.
