restoring and want to replace all wire. Ordering Y8880203, 8880161, 8880162 Is there anything else or do these harness cover it? Is there any other part you may recommend having on hand? Parts that are getting hard to get or known to fail where having a back part up is good practice?

Part # Y8880203 and # 8880161 would be the wiring for the tongue while part # 8880162 would be needed for the rear lights. The balance of the wiring is run inside the framework of the Rack and Roll trailer.

Since you said you are replacing all of the wiring you may want to use a wire harness like part # A20WB to re-wire your trailer. This harness gives you the 4-way connector at the front of the trailer and also the wiring to run down each side of the trailer for tail lights and running lights. You can splice this harness into the existing wiring on the trailer.

If you want to splice into the wiring on the trailer I recommend a junction box like part # 38656.

The Replacement Tongue Wiring Harness #Y8880203 is just the section of the wiring that runs down the main channel of the frame. If you had the tongue extension as well you'd want the part #8880161 as well. The rear harness is the part #8880162.
