You can use an over/under kit to raise your trailer to keep it form dragging on your driveway.
For a 2-3/8 inch axle you can use part # K71-384-00, and for 3 inch axles you can use part # K71-385-00. The new spring seats will need to be welded on by a certified professional. Also, raising the axle will change the geometry of the trailer and may introduce trailer sway.
Flipping an axle is not an option because axles are built with a slight arc. Flipping the axle will cause the tires to wear unevenly.
