I want to buy a Curt class II trailer hitch for my 2003 Buick Century to haul a trailer with my lawn tractor or snowblower on it. Will this drawbar work with a 1 7/8inch ball?

Yes, you can use an 1-7/8 inch trailer ball with the Curt Class II Drawbar, # C45520.

I recommend the Curt 1-7/8 Inch Trailer Ball, # A-80. This trailer ball has a shank diameter of 3/4 on an inch and a weight capacity of 2,000 lbs.
