Will the Tekonsha wiring harness fit my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with after market hitch thanks.

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118394, will fit a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee if it does not have the factory tow package, and because your hitch is not factory, is is likely you do not have that package.
If it turns out you do have the factory tow package, you would need the Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # 118381
