what is available clamp? to assist in a rattle from a B and W hitch on my truck - a lot of play in the receiver

If you are talking about rattle when you are towing something with your trailer hitch receiver like a ball mount, bike or cargo carrier I recommend the Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer II, part # BX88224.
This adapter uses U-bolts to add additional horizontal and vertical tension to items that are installed in the trailer hitch receiver.
