I have a 1991 ez loader two axle boat trailer with hydraulic brakes. I need to replace the brake system. Can you help me with part numbers, 5 bolt pattern.

To determine the correct hydraulic drum brakes to replace those on your 1991 EZ Loader two axle boat trailer, you will want to measure the drum behind the wheels.

Based on the pictures you sent and the information you provided, the axles on the trailer are most likely either 3,500 or 5,200 pound axles. Using this, along with the the fact that the axle has a 5 bolt mounting flange, the compatible replacement is most likely going to be hydraulic brakes rated for 5,200 pound axles.

I recommend looking at the Hydraulic Brake Kit - Uni Servo - Free Backing # AKFBBRK-7-D. These are 12 inch diameter x 2 inch wide hydraulic drum brakes that are designed to fit 14-1/2 inch to 16-1/2 inch wheels on axles between 5,200 to 7,000 pounds. This kit includes both the left and right hand assemblies and the Dacromet-coated backing plates will resist rust. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product for you to check out.
