The fitting I have indicates Fairview. Will your quick disconnect match? Also, in trying to connect to Weber gill, am I double regulated?

The MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Hose for Small Appliance # 100476-72-MBS referenced in your question will work with a quick-disconnect fitting like what you have in the picture you submitted. This will let you connect a small, portable appliance to your RV's propane system.
I have included a short demonstration video on this product for you to check out.
Assuming that the propane supply on your Winnebago is regulated, the propane will be double regulated if going directly to your Weber grill, which will have a regulator of its own. This will basically result in an extremely low pressure situation that will allow for just a low flame on your grill, and in turn very long cook times.
I instead recommend looking at the Camco RV Olympian 6500 Stainless Steel Grill w/ Quick Connect Hose # CAM57245. This will include a quick-connect propane hose and it is designed for exactly what you are wanting to do.
