The Erickson Sliding 15K Truck and Trailer Winch, # E52809, was designed to mount to the channels that are found on the underside of long semi flat bed trailers.
If you are needing this type of channel any semi trailer fabricator or repair should have this item in stock. Usually the channel is sold in 8ft sections.
My contact at Erickson also confirmed that if needed, the winch can be welded to the frame of the trailer when installing.
