We don't have a fender to fit your dimensions and match your current 27 inch fender. I recommend replacing both with the Single Axle Trailer Fender - 16 Gauge Steel - 13" to 14" Wheels - Qty 1 # HP69VR which is 28 inches long, 7-3/4 inches wide, and 10 inches tall.
Another option that doesn't need paint is the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender - Aluminum Tread Plate - 13" Wheels - Qty 1 # CE17960ATB. This fender is 28 long x 9 wide x 16 inches tall.
If you need mounting brackets, I recommend the Mounting Brackets for Trailer Fender - 13"/14"/15" Wheels - Galvanized Steel - Qty 2 # CE26098G-2.
