Expert Reply:
The smallest tire size we have that fits a wheel with a 4 on 4 bolt pattern and is rated for at least 600 pounds is 4.80/4.00-8 and has a load range of C.
We carry two products that fit this: # AM30040 that is on a white powder coated wheel and # AM30050 on a galvanized wheel.
Both have an outer diameter of 16.1 inches and a maximum capacity of 745 pounds at 90 psi.
