Dear all, I got Lexus GX460 2016, and I would like to purchase cargo carrier smallest one only for carrying fuel tanks with gas. The question is does one your hitch fit to Lexus and what carrier can you advise. If you have video instruction for Lexus I would appreciate if you send a link

You will need a hitch installed on your 2016 Lexus GX 460 before you can install a cargo carrier. For that the best option is the Draw Tite part # 75685 which is a confirmed fit.
For a small cargo carrier that will fit this hitch the Curt part # C18145 that you referenced would be a great option as it is 17 inch by 46 inch.
