Question:
I have a 1997 shorelander carrier I used for my jet skis! The tire company states they no longer make 175/60 R13 and can I replace it with 175/80 R13? I have these tire on 175/80 R13 do you recommend I remove the fender part?

The closest tire size we have to what you listed is going to be the 175/80R13 that you mentioned. For just a tire in that size the part # LHWL101 would be your best option. It has a speed rating of 75 mph and has a 2-year roadside assistance program that is very appealing as well.
I attached a review video for more info as well.
The tire size should be close enough that your fender clearance would be fine, but worst case scenario you could take them off.
