Does Curt Hitch # C15325 Fit 1998 GMC Sierra Short Bed

Question:

I need some verification on this hitch have received conflicting answers about this model. I have a 1998 GMC Serria short bed 4x4. with a frame that has an outside to outside measurement of 37 inches. need a 4.5 to 5 inch drop for stock bumper. I would like a class 5 hitch. it looks like the Curt 15325 would fit the bill. Is this the correct 37 inch outside measurement for this hitch and will it bolt up correctly. Thanks for the help

Your trailer frame having an outside to outside dimension of 37 inches that means the Curt hitch part # C15325 will match up to it.

The distance from the mounting surface of the hitch down to the hitch tube is going to be 4-1/4 inches. If your truck has the stock bumper this hitch will fit in relation to it as well.
