How can we lower the hitch, cause our trailer is nose up when on hitch

The head of the B and W Companion Slider hitch part # BWRVK3670 is adjustable. The head height can be set between 16-3/4 and 18-3/4 inches in height. Ideally you want to have the trailer sitting as level as possible and still retain at least 6 inches of clearance between the bed rails of the truck and overhang of the trailer. The other adjustment that can be made is the pin box. It can be raised in the frame of the trailer by using the higher or lower mounting holes.
If you check out the chart I attached it will show you the height of the hitch head with each set of adjustment holes used.
