I may have a solution for you but Rhino-Rack does not have a 3-bike hanging hitch mount bike rack.

Since you're going to be carrying three bikes you'll need the Class II Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12490. It's confirmed to fit your 2015 Scion xB and a Class I hitch cannot carry more than two bikes.

With the Curt hitch you will also need the support strap # 18050. It's required by Curt when using the hitch for any non-trailer loads like a bike rack.

For a 3-bike rack I recommend the Saris Bones, part # SA883. It'll work just fine on the Class II hitch installed on your xB can carry up to 35 pound bikes.

If you're going to be carrying any women's or children's bikes you'll likely need an adapter bar. The Kuat Ubar # UB01 will create the horizontal cross tube that a typical men's bike has so bikes that do not have one will hang level on a hanging bike rack.
