I want oe type mirrors for 2001 silveradoLT that currently only have internal l/r adj. I want to keep that feature as wife andI both need to adj mirrors. manual ext, is fine for when we tow 8 wide travel tlr. what do you recomend. most temp type mirrors have vibration and noise issues that I read about. thanks

We do have OEM style mirrors like # KS62073-74G but they do not have the electric adjust feature.
If you currently have the electric features on your vehicle then the best option is to use a different style towing mirror that attaches to your current mirror housing. I recommend the K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors # KS3990 or Custom Slip On # CM10800 because they retain the current features and increase the viewing angle when towing a trailer by adding manually adjustable supplements.
