The Trailer Taillight kit part # TL29BK does fit all DOT FMVSS requirements. If you are unsure if you need more lighting/conspicuity tape I attached a help article that covers lighting requirements for trailers based on size.
The part # RE18T is a set of 18 strips of conspicuity tape that is 18 inches long and 2 inches wide.
