Carrying Bikes in the Bed of 2016 GMC Canyon with a Toolbox

We have a 2016 GMC Canyon, Extended Cab with bed liner and dealer installed toolbox 20inch deep. Can we use this racks to hold two bikes, if bikes are slightly angled in the bed?

Expert Reply:
The Thule Insta-Gater Pro # TH93VR is not listed as a fit for the 2016 GMC Canyon but we do have other options. For instance you can use a tailgate pad such as # SR26461. This will allow you to keep the tailgate up and not have to remove the front wheels of the bikes. Plus it can be used for other things, such as lumber, that is too long to fit in the bed without lower the tailgate. I have linked videos of both parts for you.
