Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 24" Lift - 3,500 lbs - Black # JET-3755 uses the threaded screw. It is a very nice jack that has some really nice functions like the bubble level, large LED side lights, built in clutch to protect gears and motors as well as the drop leg function.
Only the DISCONTINUED Husky jacks used ball screws. I would pick the Stromberg for the clutch feature alone.
