I would like to know the diameter of the quick disconnect fitting male end that gets plugged into the outside wall shower unit ? My unit came without this fitting or the portable shower. Thank you,

The quick connect fitting part # PF247007 is the standard size for hose quick disconnects so it would easily work for you as what you have would also be the same.
