The CURT Stabilizing Strap, part # 18050, has a hook on one end that would attach to the top edge of the hatch on your CR-V. The other end would wrap around the upright of the bike rack and be secured with the buckle.
Any of the two bike racks we offer would work just fine with this hitch. The Swagman Trailhead, part # S63360 would be a great choice. I would also recommend the optional anti-rattle lock, part # S64029.
I have linked a video review showing how to install the CURT Stabilizing Strap, part # 18050.
