The Class II trailer hitch receiver for your 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited is # C12108. It's confirmed to fit your vehicle. I've linked an installation video for you.

I recommend going with a Class III, 2 inch hitch receiver like the etrailer # e98864. This will also fit the Hybrid Limited model and this install is linked as well. A Class III hitch receiver is much more versatile because of the higher weight capacity and selection of accessories that will fit the 2 inch opening. And if you need a 1-1/4 receiver for a specific accessory, it's easier to use a reducer, like # HT02, than to need an expander later.

If you plan to tow with your RAV4 I've linked our selection of ball mounts for you. You'll also need a hitch ball, pin and clip, and wiring. The wiring harness I suggest is # 118578.
