Since bracket kit # 40-124PK is a replacement for grille guard # 45-1240 I have linked the instructions for the grille guard for you. But this grille guard and the brackets and hardware are designed for a 2003 to 2007 (Classis, not new body) Chevy Silverado 2500/3500. If you have anything other than that then it is not a fit.
