Attachment of the fenders to your trailer will depend on your trailer construction. We have several styles of galvanized brackets that you can use to attach fenders to a trailer frame.
We have L brackets like the Galvanized Steel, L-Shaped, Bolt-On Brackets for Plastic, Single-Axle Fender, item # PF775-BKT-2, and we have galvanized U-brackets like the Galvanized Steel, U-Shaped, Bolt-On Brackets for Plastic, Single-Axle Fender, item # PF1135-BKT-2. One of these styles should work for your trailer if the original brackets are not usable.
I have attached Photos of the brackets with dimensions added for you to determine if they will work with your trailer frame.
