Hey Jimmy. I've got quite a few fenders like the item # F008573 you were looking at, however we've ran into this issue before with the old Spartan trailers. Unfortunately we do not have any fenders with that kind of mounting style.

The best option we have are going to be the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fenders item # F008574-2 in white or the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fenders item # F008584-2 in black are three step style plastic fenders for 14" wheels. They measure 9-5/8" wide x 42-5/8" long x 12-3/4" tall and have a 8" wide top shelf.

You'll need two sets of item # PF1135-BKT-2 mounting brackets that use u-bolts to mount to the trailer frame. The u-bolts you need would need to be tall and wide enough to fit around the frame member of your trailer.

What size wheels and tires do you have on your trailer?

Hey Jimmy, did you find a solution for your Spartan trailer fender issue with the Fulton fenders and mounting brackets I suggested? I'm curious to know how it worked out for you, as it could help others facing a similar challenge with their trailers.
