Troubleshooting Power Tongue Jack That Stopped Working

Question:
Something is arching inside our lippert tongue jack and it suddenly wonthe work any ideas what is wrong?

The first thing I recommend doing is check the wiring inside your Lippert Jack # LC285318 to see if there are any damaged wires that caused the electrical arcing. If you do not see any damaged wiring check the inline fuse to see if it is blown and needs to be replaced. If the fuse checks out you want to make sure it is grounded securely and corrosion free. The # LC285318 is grounded through the mounting hardware.
If you over extend a jack it can burn out the motor and will need to be replaced.
