For a flat aluminum trailer tie down, I recommend the Tow-Rax Low-Profile Floor Track for Tie-Down Anchors - Aluminum - 6' Long - Machined - Qty 1 # TWSP72TA along with the Tie-Down Anchor for Tow-Rax Low-Profile Floor Track - 1,666 lbs - Qty 1 # TWSPDSTD225.

I don't recommend using the DISCONTINUED Draw-Tite Truck Bed Stake Pocket Chrome Anchor Points 92509. You want to be very careful about galvinic corrosion when using dissimilar metals. These may work well because of the rubber pads, but they are not designed for this use.

For your ATV's I recommend using the Erickson Adjustable Ratcheting Wheel Net w/ Hooks - 4" Wide - 3,333 lbs # EM58522 to secure the wheel to your attachment point.
